The Department of Kaumarbhritya is a specialized branch of Ayurveda dedicated to the healthcare and well-being of infants, children and adolescents. The department focuses on growth and development, nutrition, preventive healthcare, neonatal care and management of pediatric disorders through Ayurvedic principles. Students receive extensive clinical exposure in pediatric OPD, child healthcare services and community health programmes.
To become a centre of excellence in Ayurvedic Pediatrics through quality education, compassionate patient care and innovative research in child health.
